A study in restraint and material depth.

For this project the goal was timeless minimalism- rooted in quality, tailored in detail, and elevated by simplicity. Designed for a client in Dubai seeking calm and clarity, this residence is a dialogue between purity and presence: where every material, line and light source is intentionally placed.

The staircase was cast in soft-textured microcement, selected for its seamless continuity and the way it captures shifting light. Its sculptural curve becomes an architectural focal point: elegant, grounded and quietly powerful.

In the bathroom, mineral plaster in deep charcoal tones creates a cocooning effect, contrasted by matte black fixtures and diffused perimeter lighting. Large-format glazing frames a green pocket garden- bringing softness into the structured palette.

The kitchen is defined by ultra-matte black Fenix® cabinetry and a linear backlit shelf, evoking a sense of stillness and balance. Custom-made bar stools, upholstered in warm grey wool with slender powder-coated legs, were designed to blend seamlessly into the composition.
